These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Halv, operated by MAOLAB. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Halv only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region).

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Sign in is provided through Google and Apple.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Halv offers a free tier (5 conversions per week) and a paid subscription (Halv Plus) with a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices are shown in the app. Payment is charged to your app store account.

4. Nutrition Disclaimer

Halv provides nutritional information for general reference only. It is not medical, dietary, or professional health advice, and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian. Nutritional values are estimates based on available data and may not be exact. Storage, allergen, and preparation information is provided as guidance only — always verify ingredients and food safety yourself. You use this information at your own discretion and risk.

5. Allergen Information

Halv may highlight potential allergens, but this is guidance only and not a guarantee. Always verify ingredients yourself, especially if you have serious allergies. We are not liable for allergen-related issues.

6. Intellectual Property

Halv and its content (excluding user-provided recipes and third-party content) are owned by MAOLAB. Recipe content extracted from third-party sources belongs to the respective creators.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Halv is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MAOLAB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
