Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Halv account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

In the app (recommended):

• Open Halv and go to Settings.
• Tap Account.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm your request.

Your account and all associated data (profile, saved recipes, conversion history, subscription records) will be deleted from our servers.

Alternative: Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at maolab@gethalv.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and confirm.

What Happens Next

• We delete your account and associated data from our servers.
• Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax or legal compliance).
• Subscription cancellation must be done separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account (deleting your Halv account does not cancel app store billing).
